Losar festivities at KIBI

Yesterday Losar was celebrated at KIBI. All gathered and welcomed His Holiness the 17^th Gyalwa Karmapa in the morning and then attended the special Losar ceremony with traditional Mandala offerings. This particular part of the ceremony was lead by Professor Sempa Dorje and followed by lamas, khenpos and monks. In a later part of this ceremony all devotees were invited to offer a khata to His Holiness. It was an wonderful morning that left all the attendants joyous and curious what the year of the female fire bird has in store for us.
