Karmapa Public Course 2019

Today we began the Karmapa Public Course and we had the first day of a wonderful programme that will run until Monday the 18th.

The day began with an introduction by khenpo Tsering shortly followed by fantastic teaching by professor Sempa Dorje that was full of humour and gave all plenty of food for thought.

The afternoon we were blessed by the presence of His Holiness the 17th Karmapa Trinley Thaye Dorje and all the attendees received the Amitabha empowerment with wonderful explanations throughout.

We look forward to the rest of the week and the teachings that we will receive each day from His Holliness and other venerables.
