Sharing the Wisdom of Buddha Dharma
KIBI Publications is a growing initiative under the guidance of the Karmapa International Buddhist Society (KIBS). It is dedicated to preserving and transmitting the scholarly tradition of the Kagyu school while supporting modern academic research.

Alongside KIBI’s core educational programs and public courses, our publishing and library infrastructure is expanding to preserve, publish, and share authentic Buddhist teachings with students, practitioners, and scholars worldwide.
Founded in February 2020, KIBI Publications serves as the official publishing arm of KIBS through KIBI. Our mission is to foster research, translation, dialogue, and open access to Buddhist studies, providing a solid foundation for the preservation and dissemination of authentic Buddha Dharma. These works are made available to academic researchers and general readers across the globe.
Today, KIBI Publications is striving to become a key pillar of the Institute’s activities, supporting its educational mission and contributing to the widespread transmission of Buddhist wisdom. May the authentic Buddha Dharma continue to flourish!

Living Through Life’s Turbulences
Thoughts & Reflections
Thaye Dorje, His Holiness The 17th Gyalwa Karmapa
Throughout the past few years, the entire global population has seen various tragedies, both natural as well as man-made. During these particularly challenging times, Thaye Dorje, His Holiness the 17th Gyalwa Karmapa, on a regular basis shared some of his thoughts and reflections with regards to the pandemic and other disasters; the recurring key themes being karma, impermanence, and compassion.
These reflections guide us to, with the support of the Buddha Dharma, find a way to actually live through – instead of merely surviving – any tragedies of life.

Zabtik Drölma Sadhana
Heart of the Two Accumulations
Green Tārā is one of the most important Yidams in Tibetan Buddhism, beloved especially by Tibetans. Playing a central role within the Kamtsang Kagyü lineage, her practice is conducted every morning in all Kagyü monasteries and centres around the globe, and is usually taken up by every practitioner as first Yidam upon completion of the Ngöndro.
The edition at hand includes the Tibetan text, English translation as well as transliteration. The root text was rendered into English by Ven. Dupsing Rinpoché. The booklet furthermore includes a practical, detachable sheet with the 21 Homages, the pictures and names of the 21 Tārās, which can be easily moved to the respective place when they are to be recited.
