On 25/12/2017 Karmapa International Buddhist Institution began with Public Meditation Course

“In a meditative state, you are in a space of vastness, calmness and joy and this is what you emit into the environment, bringing harmony to the planet”

On 25/12/2017 Karmapa International Buddhist Institution Public Meditation Course 2017 began with an introduction of the program and Sojong practice in the afternoon.
It will conclude with an aspiration prayers on the morning of January 3rd.

We are grateful that also this year His Holiness the 17th Gyalwa Karmapa Trinley Thaye Dorje will bless with his presence and teach and guide meditation practice throughtout the course.
Lama Sherab Gyaltsen Rinpoche will continue with his precious teachings and practice on Ngondro.
Also this year Ven Dupon Nyigyam from Sharminub retreat center in Kathmandu will teach on Shine (Shamatha).

The occasion is held with a soul purpose for the benefit of all sentient being. We believe with the prayer, we can anticipate a positive result.
