Pilgrimage group meets with His Holiness

Sunday February 12th a pilgrimage group, bound for Bhutan and Nepal, had the great pleasure to be received by His Holiness the 17th Gyalwa Karmapa. The group, with 44 participants from Europe and North and South America received teachings on how a pilgrimage tour can develop our practice and change the way we see ordinary things in a new perspective, when meeting with a different culture.

His Holiness also explained how important daily meditation is and how we should make sure to reserve time for it, even just five minutes to start out with. After a question and answer session, everybody received his blessing.
